Like the part when they were running away from the cops and the one guy goes into a dumpster and doesnt want to get out 'cause he is already in there. And the action part comes in when they have a shoot out towards the end. And when the two guys fight a guy named red in the middle.
The audience appropriateness is proboblly for like teens and older. its definitly not for 5 and younger. so its PG-13. And a reason for that is because of the language and some of the situations in the movie. Like because some of the situations refer to drugs and shooting and bad words. And some of them also refer to adult things!
